Kate and Nick delivered big time with their sublime DIY style, outdoor wedding. With cute little flags and brides mom-made quilted seat coverings! Converse kicks rustling up the fallen, crunchy golden leaves. A warming sun caressing the faces of happy guests like a lovely granny cupping a childs cheeks! Pizza everywhere! Ice cream flowing like wine and wine flowing like wine! Cakes filled the barn, only outnumbered by the cheese!
Kate looked dazzling in her bespoke dress designed by Jo at The Couture Company . With hair by Caz from Ego Hair Salon and Corinne Law on make up, our bride was looking stunning and ready to break her mans heart (in a good way)
Kate and Nick were smiles all day amongst their besties and there wasn't a sausage that didn't look bloody smashing! The 18th century Cowshed and owner Lucy, provided a beautifully rustic canvas for them to bring their individual style to the settings amongst the gorgeous, picturesque Staffordshire countryside.
They proper tied the knot in the woodland on the legendary Granny's Island with a sunny ceremony amongst the trees, with autumnal tones mirroring their yellow Converse. Their awesome rings were by Malcolm Morris aka GingerJeweler and Kates dried bridal bouquet was such a lush choice from Steff at Love Flowers
Step up Holly from The Italian Stallion, providing the most unbelievable buffet that would make the deli section of Waitrose feel very intimidated. Those anitpasti sharing boards had me at hello!!!! There's only one way to follow up that kind of feast, and that's Nicks brother and best man banging out one of the best speech-songs ever, with an epic, re-worded rendition of Robbie Williams Angels, taking aim at Nicks music connoisseurship...I must be getting old!
After some chilling and crazy golf (as you do) the masters of music for those recenlty married (a wedding band) The Superskas got the party started in the Barn, filling the dance floor immediately with covers blooming better than the originals, and Katy and Lee from The Giddy Mare brought the bar and some of the finest booze available to humanity!
Enjoy! xxxx
